Walking


Today’s world is full busy activities. We loose our health in the midst of this busy world. This is true in most of the case. We are not taking care over our body and not maintaining it well. Thus we must take some minimal care over our health. The basic thing which satisfies this minimal care is walking. By walking around 20 minutes a day improves your health a lot. This reduces the cholesterol level in your body. By reducing the cholesterol level you decrease the chances for heart attack. It may also reduce obesity. Obesity is also an important factor which is directly responsible for heart attack and stroke. By walking your body looses weight and you acquire a slim physic. People working in corporate sectors are a common prey for these health related problems and they don’t get time to go for a walk. To make this possible in their life, they can use staircase in their company instead using life, where it burns more calories and reduces the fat in their body. Thus I strongly recommend everyone to go for a walk daily.
